Sentrix is a cybersecurity platform built to help modern teams stay secure without relying on large IT or security departments. The product brings together threat monitoring, phishing simulations, device management, and access control into a single system that is clear, usable, and calm.

Problem

At the time of this project, Sentrix needed a product and brand foundation that could support real adoption. Existing security tools in the market were cluttered, intimidating, and built for specialists. This made smaller teams disengage or misuse critical features.

Approach

I started by mapping key user journeys across admins, managers, and general staff to understand where confusion and friction occurred. From there, I defined core product flows that would deliver the most immediate value

Solution

The product design intentionally avoided fear-based patterns. Dashboards were simplified to focus on assets, alerts, and incidents with clear status indicators. Logs were grouped into readable incidents. By designing for confidence instead of fear, Sentrix helped users stay engaged, take action sooner, and trust the product as a reliable security partner rather than a source of stress.
