Problem

The product value was hard to explain clearly, making it difficult to stand out from other fintech platforms. The experience needed to support multiple accounts, cards, and transactions without becoming hard to scale or maintain.

Approach

I started by mapping core user needs and financial tasks, then defined key flows around accounts, transfers, and conversion. I focused on reducing cognitive load by grouping actions logically and keeping screens purposeful and predictable.

Solution

I designed clear account based navigation with visible balances, actions, and conversion flows to reduce confusion and support confident use. The product structure and UI copy were designed to highlight choice and flexibility as the core value throughout the experience.
